A lot of people start exercise programs end up quitting after a few days. If giving yourself rewards for sticking out to your exercise schedule does not work for you, you might want to consider asking a friend or a family member to help you stick to your exercise schedule. Having someone check on your exercise schedule every now and then can help you a lot.
